Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and employee development. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, overseeing the onboarding process, conducting training sessions, managing employee benefits, and ensuring legal compliance. The HR Manager will also serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing their concerns and providing support as needed.

Qualifications

8-10 yrs of

  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to conduct training sessions and manage employee development programs
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
