Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Hyderabad. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, policy development, and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. The role also involves handling employee relations, performance evaluations, and compliance with employment laws, while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Additionally, the HR Manager will drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and contribute to organizational growth through effective talent management.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes
  • Proficiency in developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws
  • Skills in performance evaluation, feedback mechanisms, and fostering a positive work environment
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in data-driven HR decision-making and proficiency with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems)
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead diverse teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree or certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR preferred)
  • Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
