Onboarding: HRIS and Employee data management, Agreements & Compliance, Onboarding, Induction c. Performance Management d. Internal Mobility – Promotions, transfers, and job rotation e. Compensation Management: Compensation and Benefits, Rewards, and recognition, incentives, benefits management, f. Payroll Management g. Compliance: Statutory Compliance, Employment laws, Prevention of Workplace harassment, bullying and sexual harassment h. Training and Development i. Succession planning and leadership Development j. Employee Experience Management: Employee Welfare, Employee retention, Employee relations, Employee exit Management, Employee health and safety, Environment and Corporate Social Responsibility, Employee Engagement k. Review of HR Policies and Maintenance l. HR Audit and HR Governance m. Vendor Management
Qualifications
  • MBA in HR Management or Masters degree in Human Resources
  • 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
  • Strong Conflict Management Skills and Interpersonal Relationship Skills
