Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks include developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance, and maintaining employee records according to policy and legal requirements. The role also involves addressing employee demands, grievances, or other issues, and supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

  • Proficient in Recruitment, HR strategies, and Performance Management
  • Experience in Employee Relations and Compliance with labor laws
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
  • Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree or HR certification is a plus
  • Experience in the technology industry is preferred
