Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Executive, based in Hyderabad. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, implementing HR policies, and handling payroll and benefits administration. The role also involves performance management, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 yrs Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
  • Skills in employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Proficiency in HR policies and performance management
  • Experience in payroll and benefits administration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in the HR field is an advantage
