Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Hyderabad. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Daily tasks include analyzing account performance, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction by addressing their needs promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Account Management and handling Key Accounts
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate account performance
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to maintain and improve client relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of finance- PO, Billing, Collections.
  • good knowledge if MS excel of daily work efficiency.
  • Experience in the security or facilities management industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred
