About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager – Administration to lead and support administrative operations for the Sitarampur Greenfield Project located in Hyderabad . This role will be crucial in establishing infrastructure, logistics, and end-to-end administrative systems for smooth plant operations.

Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate in any discipline (preferred: MBA or equivalent)
  • Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in plant or manufacturing administration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all factory administrative functions for the Sitarampur project.
  • Facilitate - Oversee canteen operations , ensuring hygiene, quality, and cost-effective meal services for employees.
  • Facilitate - Handle end-to-end transportation management , including employee logistics, vendor coordination, and route planning.
  • Facilitate - Supervise OHC (Occupational Health Centre) operations in coordination with internal health and safety teams.
  • Address local community matters and build strong relationships with local stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Ensure effective security and surveillance systems within the facility premises.
  • Oversee housekeeping operations , ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards across all areas.
  • Manage vendor relationships across services including admin supplies, contracts, and third-party manpower.
  • Support facility management , infrastructure setup, and logistics planning for ongoing project needs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to support business continuity and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and company policies related to administrative and facility operations.

  • Experience in large-scale greenfield or brownfield manufacturing project setups
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
  • Hands-on approach to solving real-time admin challenges
