Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Drive sales and trading of
- Iron & Steel
- products such as
- Pig Iron, Billets, Sponge Iron, Ferro Alloys, Pallets, TMT bars
- , etc.
- Pan India Market Handling:
Handle PAN India trading operations; build and expand a strong customer base across states.
- Client Relationship Management:
Manage existing customers and identify new business opportunities. Build long-term relationships with clients (traders, manufacturers, stockists).Negotiate terms and pricing with clients, close high-value deals profitably, and ensure timely execution.Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments. Provide timely feedback and strategic inputs to management.Liaise with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-ups.Maintain daily sales records, client databases, and prepare periodic sales MIS and performance reports.Candidate Requirements:

Sales Reporting:
Education:
- Graduate in any stream. Preference for candidates with technical or commercial background. MBA/PGDM is a plus.
- Experience:
Minimum 7–10 years in Sales / Trading of Steel & Raw Materials – must have experience in dealing with Pig Iron, Billets, TMT, Ferro Alloys, etc.
- Skills Required:
- Deep knowledge of the Indian steel market
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing ability
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented
- Proficiency in MS Office & basic ERP tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
