Job Title: Business Development Manager Hotels Expansion

Pride Hotels Ltd. is one of Indias leading hospitality brands, known for its excellence in service and expanding presence across the country. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth by adding new hotels to our portfolio and driving strategic tie-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify, approach, and secure new hotel partnerships to expand the Pride Hotels portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Drive tie-ups with mid-size to large hotel properties, ensuring higher inventory hotels come under the Pride Hotels brand.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance the brand presence in new and existing markets.
  • Negotiate management contracts, franchise agreements, and other strategic partnerships.
  • Track industry trends, competitor movements, and market opportunities for hotel development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Business Development / Expansion roles within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong network and connections with hotel owners, developers, and decision-makers.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently with a focus on targets and expansion.
