Role Overview

Were looking for an Enterprise Growth Manager to drive ExperGo Risk Studios adoption across accounts in West India, focusing on NBFCs, HFCs, and Banks.

This is a strategic, high-ownership role for someone who understands BFSI risk, credit, and compliance and can translate complex problems into actionable AI-led solutions.

Youll be both an account opener and a closer — identifying prospects, engaging CXOs, running PoCs, and converting them into enterprise accounts. The role requires a self-starter who thrives in consultative enterprise selling and is comfortable working autonomously from Mumbai while collaborating with Pre-Sales and Product teams in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new enterprise signings across NBFCs, HFCs, and Banks.
  • Build and manage a strong CXO-level pipeline (CROs, CFOs, Credit & Analytics Heads).
  • Lead discovery, demos, PoCs, and deal closures for ExperGo Risk Studio.
  • Present the business value of AI-driven RiskOps and Compliance automation.
  • Partner with Pre-Sales & Product teams to deliver high-impact PoCs.
  • Manage key accounts, ensuring renewals, cross-sell, and upsell of modules.
  • Track RiskTech and RegTech trends; represent ExperGo at BFSI events in Mumbai.
  • Provide market intelligence to refine positioning and product roadmap.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Revenue achievement: Meet quarterly & annual ARR targets.
  • New logos: Sign BFSI enterprise clients and expand ExperGo's footprint.
  • PoC conversions: Turn pilots into long-term commercial contracts.
  • Account growth: Secure renewals and multi-module adoption.
  • Pipeline health: Maintain consistent deal flow and accurate forecasting.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Successful track record of 6–10 years in enterprise B2B sales, growth, or solutions consulting within BFSI, FinTech, or Analytics SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk, EWS, delinquency management, compliance, or governance.
  • Experience selling to CROs, CFOs, or Analytics Heads at NBFCs, HFCs, or Banks.
  • Strong understanding of AI, ML, or Risk Analytics products.
  • Excellent storytelling and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter capable of managing pipeline, strategy, and closure independently.
