With a committed leadership team and a focus on quality and process optimization, we are looking to strengthen our organizational structure by hiring a dedicated HR & Administration professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention.
- Oversee payroll, attendance, compliance, and statutory requirements.
- Support administrative functions and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational growth and employee well-being.
- Assist management in training, performance evaluation, and workforce planning.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Promote a positive work culture fostering collaboration and productivity.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and statutory reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills.
