Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity), employee relations, performance management, and training & development. The role involves managing HR processes, maintaining labor law compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 5 years of HR experience, preferably in Hiring, payroll/compliance roles.
  • Hands-on with HRMS
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR policies.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
