Key Responsibilities
HR Management:
- Managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Administering employee benefits, payroll, and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Handling employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Business Management:
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing effective strategies.
- Building and nurturing relationships with clients.
- Collaborating with management and other departments to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Analyzing market trends and contributing to sales and revenue targets.
