Job Summary:

Gephels is looking for a talented individual to join our team in dual role of HR cum Account

Executive. This position offers to contribute to both financial management and Human resource functions in organization. This position require a high level attention to details, strong organizational skills and ability of multi-tasking

Roles & Responsibilities:

Human resource:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs for new employees to ensure they have a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Handle facilitation and administration
  • Manage employee relations by providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Accounting

· Manage day to day accounting operations include account payable, account receivable, general ledger entries.

· Prepare and review the financial statements, budgets, Financial forecast to monitor the financial performance and inform the decision making

· Ensure the compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations and tax requirements.

· Implement and maintain the accounting policies, procedures and internal controls to safe guard the company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial data

· Collaborate with cross functional teams to streamline the processes and improve the efficiency in financial data

Qualification:

  • Education: Graduate / Diploma/Degree in accounting /finance and human resources or relevant to field.
  • Ability to handle the confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with the employees at all levels of organization

Experience: 1 to 2 yrs.

Work Mode: Work from Office @Pune location

Work days: Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
