Role Description : Accountant cum Office Assistant

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Accountant & Office Assistant with around 2 years of experience. The role involves maintaining financial records, managing salaries, and handling day-to-day accounting tasks. The candidate will also assist with back-office operations, including trademark filings, government licensing applications for clients, and clerical support work.

Responsibilities

* Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers

* Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions

* Prepare financial statements and reports

* Assist in budgeting and forecasting

* Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash

* Support payroll processing and employee expense reports

* Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement

* Handle office correspondence, filing, and documentation

* Ensuring necessary Tax accounting along with data entry for GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and PT

* Support in client-related back-office tasks, such as trademark applications, licensing processes, and documentation

* Perform general office administration and clerical work as assigned

* Organize company events and meetings with the help of Admin Executive

* Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

Qualifications

* At least 2 years of experience in accounting or related roles

* Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
