Job Description :
HR:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job advertisement, CV screening, interviews, and new hire orientation.
- Employee Relations:Address employee grievances, resolve workplace issues, and manage conflict resolution.
- Policy & Compliance:Develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and manage employee records.
- Payroll & Benefits:Maintain accurate employee records, process payroll reports, and manage benefits administration.
- Performance Management:Assist with performance appraisals and provide support for staff performance reviews.
- Training & Development:Conduct HR-related training, such as sexual harassment and bullying policies.
Administration:
- Office Operations: Manage daily administrative tasks, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
- Facilities & Resources: Oversee office facilities, supply management, and resource allocation.
- Record & Information Management: Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee data and manage HR databases.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze HR metrics for workforce planning and decision-making.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
