About Us:
ZIK Digital is a 360° digital marketing agency based in Goregaon East, delivering innovative solutions across social media, performance marketing, content creation, and web development. We are looking for a proactive HR & Office Admin to join our team and ensure smooth HR operations and efficient office management.
Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:
- Manage the recruitment process: posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews.
- Handle onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee attendance, leaves, and performance records.
- Draft and circulate HR policies, letters, and internal communication.
- Support employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
- Address employee queries and foster a positive workplace environment.
Office Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain a well-organized workspace.
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and procurement.
- Organize meetings, maintain schedules, and handle travel arrangements when needed.
- Keep track of expenses, petty cash, and basic administrative reporting.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and a productive office culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–1 years of experience in HR and/or Office Administration (freshers welcome).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
