HR Administrator

Bizoforce is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Back Office Administrator to support day-to-day HR and administrative operations. This role involves managing employee documentation, coordinating with HR and operations teams, maintaining accurate records, handling petty cash, and assisting with office and company events. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth processes, accuracy in compliance, and timely completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage employee lifecycle documentation (BGV, onboarding, compliance)
* Collect, verify, and process documents for ID cards and HR records
* Track and renew company documentation and statutory compliance
* Organize and maintain digital filing and record systems
* Handle petty cash transactions with proper tracking and reporting
* Coordinate approvals with HR, recruitment, and operations teams
* Allocate and track company assets (laptops, ID cards, etc.)
* Liaise with courier vendors for document and asset delivery/pickup
* Maintain access management and leave records
* Support planning and execution of company events and celebrations
* Draft official letters, maintain office supplies, and handle general admin tasks
* Take on additional responsibilities as required (training will be provided)
Experience:
* 1–3 years in HR, administration, or back-office operations
* Freshers with strong skills and eagerness to learn are welcome to apply
Required Skills:
* Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Administration preferred)
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Good written and verbal communication skills
