**Job Description – HR & Admin Executive

**Location:** Turbhe Navi Mumbai
**Position:** HR & Admin Executive
**Reports To:** Management / Director
**Role Overview**
The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions, recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and administrative operations to ensure smooth business operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, people management abilities, and attention to detail.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Human Resources (HR):**
* Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding).
* Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management system.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
* Coordinate payroll processing with Accounts.
* Support training and development programs.
* Handle employee engagement activities and grievance management.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
* Prepare HR-related reports and dashboards for management.
**Administration (Admin):*** Oversee office facilities, supplies, and infrastructure management.
* Manage vendor contracts, housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
* Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping of company policies and contracts.
* Support Directors and Managers in administrative tasks.
* Maintain discipline, punctuality, and smooth functioning of daily operations.
**Qualifications & Skills**
* Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in HR & Administration (manufacturing/engineering/automation industry preferred).
* Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliances, and HR best practices.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good organizational and multitasking ability.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
