About Us:

We are looking for an HR Intern to join our dynamic team and assist in various HR functions to provide support in employee management, recruitment, onboarding, and organizational development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Onboarding: Help in preparing onboarding materials, conducting new hire orientations, and facilitating the new employee integration process.
  • Employee Relations: Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring all HR documentation is complete and up to date.
  • Training & Development: Support the team in organizing training sessions, workshops, and maintaining training records.
  • HR Projects: Assist in HR-related projects such as employee engagement activities, performance management processes, and benefits administration.
  • Compliance: Ensure that HR processes align with labor laws and company policies.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including managing HR databases, filing, and responding to employee inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Detail-oriented and a quick learner.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous internship experience in HR or administrative roles.
