We are seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Head HR (Corporate + Plant) for a well known company in manufacturing industry, Mumbai.

Position: Head HR

Location: Navi Mumbai (Travel involved across corporate office & multiple plants)

Experience: 15+ Years

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned HR Leader to spearhead the Human Resources function for our multi-location operations in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise across Corporate HR & Plant Operations, with a proven track record of building people strategy, ensuring compliance, and fostering a high-performance work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR function across the corporate office and multiple manufacturing plants in Maharashtra, aligning HR strategy with business goals.
  • Manage the entire HR lifecycle: talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, training & development; etc.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of Industrial Relations, including union handling, negotiations, and compliance with labour laws.
  • Oversee administrative functions including facility management, transport, security and statutory compliance.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leadership on all people-related matters.
  • Drive HR process improvements and implement best practices across the organization.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory and legal requirements across all sites.

Desired Profile:

  • Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in HR, with significant exposure to corporate & plant.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly across company locations.
