Job Title: HR & Admin Executive

**Salary**: 30,000 - 50,000 per month (depending on experience)

Age : between 30 - 40 year

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in payroll preparation and administration.
- Manage benefits administration and ensure timely renewals.
- Oversee general administrative tasks such as office supplies management, vendor coordination, and facility management.
- Support management in various HR projects and initiatives.
- Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR and Administration Specialist or similar role, with 4-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS and payroll software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
