Role: HR GeneralistExperience: Minimum 1 yearLocation: Kandivali West, Mumbai (on-site)We are a marketing technology startup based in Mumbai, helping SMEs and amp; Enterprises to build and maintain their marketing technology stack and sales pipelines. We are looking for a qualified HR Generalist to join our Mumbai-based team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in Human Resources and will be responsible for various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance management.Responsibilities:Administer compensation and benefit plansAssist in talent acquisition and recruitment processesConduct employee onboarding and induction programsProvide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensationResolve employee grievancesAssist in performance management and employee evaluation processesEnsure legal compliance throughout human resource managementSupport the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systemsPrepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, etc.)Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or related fieldFamiliarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and proficient in MS Office SuiteExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong decision-making and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamSelf-motivated with ability to learn new technologiesAdditional Information:This is a full-time positionCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for career development and growth within the organizationWe look forward to receiving your application
