Job Title: HR Generalist – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations

Location- Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding across various functions.

· Support HR Operations including employee lifecycle management, attendance tracking, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws.

· Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and legal compliance.

· Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and support performance management processes.

· Maintain HR records, generate reports, and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.

· Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.

· Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for recruitment and HR services as needed.

· Assist in training and development activities and support organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.

· Experience in the real estate, technology, or related sectors is preferred.

· Good understanding of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and HR policies.

· Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

· Proficient in HRIS and recruitment tools.

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹84,596.79 per month
