We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist with a keen interest in Talent Acquisition and a strong foundation in HR operations and employee engagement.

Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Andheri (Marol)

Department: Human Resources

Reporting to: Senior HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

· Take full ownership of the recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.

· Work closely with department heads to forecast hiring needs and define candidate requirements.

· Proactively source high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.

· Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to management.

2. HR Operations

· Manage day-to-day HR activities such as attendance, leave records, documentation, and HRIS updates.

· Assist with onboarding, confirmation processes, and exit formalities.

3. Employee Engagement

· Plan and implement employee engagement programs, wellness activities, and cultural events.

· Conduct onboarding orientation and feedback sessions to enhance employee experience.

· Support internal communication efforts and drive recognition and retention programs.

· Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work culture.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred).

· 4-8 years of relevant HR experience with a strong passion for recruitment.

· Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.

· Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage timelines independently.
