Job Description Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the human resources field. - At least 1 year of experience in labor relations and compliance. - 2+ years of experience implementing performance management strategies. - Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships. - Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
