Role: HR Generalist Experience: Minimum 1 year Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai (on-site) We are a marketing technology startup based in Mumbai, helping SMEs and amp; Enterprises to build and maintain their marketing technology stack and sales pipelines. We are looking for a qualified HR Generalist to join our Mumbai-based team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in Human Resources and will be responsible for various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance management. Responsibilities: Administer compensation and benefit plans Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation Resolve employee grievances Assist in performance management and employee evaluation processes Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems Prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, etc.) Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or related field Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and proficient in MS Office Suite Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Self-motivated with ability to learn new technologies Additional Information: This is a full-time position Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for career development and growth within the organization We look forward to receiving your application
