Requirement Position HR Admin Executive Location Mumbai Jogeshwari West Salary Budget 3 50 to 6 00 LPA Gender Female Job Overview The HR Admin Executive will be responsible for managing a wide range of human resource and administrative functions to ensure efficient office operations and a productive work environment The role includes overseeing recruitment employee relations compliance and general office administration contributing to the overall effectiveness of the organization Human Resources Manage end-to-end recruitment processes job postings candidate screening interview coordination and onboarding Maintain and update employee records attendance and leave management systems Support payroll processing and ensure timely submission of HR data Prepare HR letters employment contracts and documentation Assist in performance management and employee appraisal activities Handle employee engagement initiatives training sessions and grievance redressal Ensure compliance with labour laws company policies and statutory regulations Administration Oversee office facilities maintenance and vendor management Manage procurement of office supplies stationery and equipment Coordinate travel arrangements meetings and event logistics Maintain records of assets utilities and service agreements Liaise with external agencies service providers and local authorities as needed Support management in budgeting documentation and audit requirements Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field 2-5 years of experience in HR and administrative functions Strong understanding of HR practices labour compliance and office management Excellent communication coordination and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality
