Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an HR & Admin Manager. The HR & Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions. Day-to-day tasks will include recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, policy implementation, payroll, benefits administration, and training and development. The role also includes managing office operations, facilities, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- HR skills including Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Relations
- Administrative skills including Office Operations and Facilities Management
- Payroll, Benefits Administration, and Compliance knowledge
- Performance Management and Training and Development skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Experience in HR Management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
