The ideal candidate should be organized, people-oriented, and capable of handling both HR and administrative responsibilities in a dynamic design studio environment. Job Responsibility • Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding. • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management. • Draft and issue HR documents (offer letters, confirmations, appraisals, exits). • Organize employee engagement activities and internal communications. • Oversee office administration: vendor management, housekeeping, supplies, maintenance. • Coordinate travel, logistics, and facility management. • Ensure policy implementation and HR compliance. • Support payroll coordination with Accounts team. Key Skills:Key Skills: • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR tools. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Positive, approachable, and reliable. Target Industry: Interior design / Architecture / Creative field/ Recruitment Consulting Mandatory: 2–5 years of experience in HR & Admin (experience in interior design / architecture / creative field/Recruitment Consulting preferred).
