Lucio is a fast-paced legal AI tech company transforming the delivery of legal services in India. It uses Generative AI to assist lawyers with legal analysis, document review, due diligence, risk identification, judgment comparisons, and more. It serves top law firms in India - including S&R Associates, Luthra & Luthra, and Trilegal.

To accelerate our journey, were looking for a Marketing Head to take full ownership of Lucios marketing vertical. Preferably a lawyer turned marketer with a deep understanding of the legal industry.

Responsibilities:

Craft clear positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for LucioAIs full suite of AI solutions, translating product capabilities into compelling narratives, value propositions, and sales support materials tailored to legal professionals.

Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to identify opportunities and refine positioning, informing overall product and marketing strategy.

Develop and execute integrated brand campaigns across digital, events, PR, and partnerships to strengthen LucioAIs presence and credibility in the legal industry.

Build thought leadership by leading content strategy (whitepapers, blogs, case studies, reports) and establishing a strong presence with legal associations, industry bodies, and media.

Monitor adoption, user feedback, and brand health metrics, iterating strategies to optimize product-market fit and reinforce market leadership.

Partner closely with product, sales, and client success teams to ensure consistent messaging, alignment of initiatives, and measurable business impact.

Act as the voice of the customer, leveraging insights from legal professionals to guide product, marketing, and brand strategies.

What Were Looking For:

A full-stack marketer who can seamlessly strategize and execute.

5 to 7 years of experience in product marketing and brand strategy, ideally as an independent contributor.

Bonus if you are a lawyer turned marketer with a deep understanding of the legal industry.

Any relevant degree like, BBA, MBA in Marketing or equivalent experience in product marketing & brand strategy.

A creative mind with strong storytelling and branding skills.

A proactive, self-driven professional who can own the marketing function end-to-end.
