About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Lifecycle Marketing Intern
 who has some exposure to customer engagement or retention campaigns and is eager to learn. You'll support our team in building lifecycle strategies for our clients across industries — starting with 
WhatsApp marketing
 and later expanding into 
email, SMS, and other channels
.

This is a learning-focused role where you'll get hands-on experience in designing customer journeys for brands across sectors (fashion, lifestyle, real estate, apps, and more), helping them drive more results like revenue from existing user base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing lifecycle campaigns on WhatsApp (with future scope across email/SMS).
  • Support in drafting engaging, brand-aligned communication for newsletters, automated triggers, and customer journeys.
  • Learn to set up behavior-based automations (cart abandonment, onboarding, purchase follow-up, win-back, app re-engagement, etc.).
  • Research and suggest lifecycle opportunities to improve customer retention and engagement.
  • Collaborate with strategy teams to identify where and how customer details can be collected.
  • Track campaign results and prepare simple performance reports.

What We're Looking For

  • Exposure to lifecycle/CRM/retention marketing through college projects, internships, or self-learning.
  • Good communication skills and ability to write engaging copy.
  • Curiosity to learn about customer behavior and marketing in different industries.
  • Proactive mindset and eagerness to pick up new tools quickly.
