We're looking for a Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to own the technical foundations that make our CRM programs reliable, scalable, and impactful. This is a role where you'll work at the intersection of deliverability, data, tooling, and systems design to ensure our lifecycle campaigns land in inboxes, run smoothly, and scale globally.
You'll partner closely with engineering, data, product, and vendor teams to manage integrations, optimize deliverability, own the CRM tech stack, build and maintain the data plumbing , and ensure our CRM systems run with quality and reliability. Build in India, Impact the World.

- Buck stops with you. From data plumbing to domain infra strategy - you hold the keys to the inbox (and the revenue that follows).
- Real-time orchestration at global scale. Turn live signals from millions into omni-channel journeys that convert - the knobs you twist bend the LTV curve.
- Be the control tower. Health dashboards and alerts - you'll spot issues before users do and keep our comms landing on time, every time.
- Choose the toolkit, set the standard. Evaluate, stitch, and govern our CRM stack; ship quality bars and QA that engineering, data, and vendors rally around.
- Build in India, impact the world. Ship from Bangalore to 190+ countries. It's rare to craft a truly global lifecycle platform out of India; rarer still to be the one designing the rails.
- Experience: 2-4 years years in technical lifecycle marketing, CRM operations, or technical marketing roles in large-scale B2C environments.
- Deliverability Expertise: Strong grasp of the levers that drive email inbox placement such as domain authentication, bounce/complaint handling, and communications best practices.
- CRM Tools & Journeys: Deep understanding of the CRM Tech ecosystem and hands-on familiarity with a CRM tool like WebEngage, Clevertap, MoEngage, or Braze; able to build multi-step, rule-based journeys with clean suppressions and frequency caps.
- Data & Integrations: Ability to trace and manage event/attribute flows, ensure data quality, and handle consent/governance across systems.
- Technical Program Management: Experience setting up templates, guardrails, and monitoring, while managing programs roadmaps with product, engineering, data, and vendors.
- Systems Thinker: Ability to think about the big-picture, and the knack for building systems that are fast, modular, and reliable.
