Digital Marketing Manager (2–4 Years)

Location: Remote | Full-Time

Salary Range: ₹3–4 LPA

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be strong in social media, PPC, and email marketing, capable of handling client accounts independently, and skilled in collaborating with internal teams to deliver measurable results..

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute PPC, social media, and email marketing campaigns across platforms.
  • Optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to maximize ROI.
  • Act as an Account Manager — attend client calls, present reports, and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams for campaign execution.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
  • Conduct performance analysis and share data-driven optimization suggestions.
  • Lead client meetings and internal reviews to track strategy progress.
  • Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
  • Learn and implement AI-based marketing tools for campaign optimization and automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of digital marketing experience (agency experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong understanding of social media and email marketing strategies.
  • Experience managing client accounts and reporting campaign results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and project management capabilities.
  • Basic familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, etc.) is a plus.
