Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Intern located in Bengaluru. The intern will support day-to-day digital marketing activities, including social media campaign management, web analytics reporting, and assisting in online marketing strategies. Responsibilities also include creating content for digital platforms, analyzing campaign performance, and contributing to the development of innovative marketing solutions.

Social Media Management

  • Assisting with planning and scheduling posts (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Monitoring comments, DMs, and overall page engagement
  • Researching trends and content formats

Copywriting & Content Ideation

  • Writing captions, campaign copy, and blog/article content
  • Brainstorming ideas for static posts, reels, carousels, and ads
  • Helping script video content and voiceovers

Marketing Operations

  • Coordinating internal tasks with designers, editors, and strategists
  • Supporting influencer campaigns and event promotions
  • Helping with campaign setup and basic reporting

Content & Website Support

  • Assisting with content collection and uploads for websites
  • Collaborating with clients to gather necessary brand assets
  • Structuring and organizing content for visual briefs

Client & Internal Coordination

  • Joining client calls and assisting with follow-ups
  • Maintaining task trackers and status updates
  • Taking notes and preparing recaps from key meetings

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in communication, Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing tools
  • Strong understanding of copywriting and Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
