This is a remote internship role for a Digital Marketing Intern at OdNest Edutech Pvt. Ltd. The intern will assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, content creation, social media management, SEO activities, email marketing, lead generation, and brand engagement tasks.

The intern must actively work on:

  • Bringing CGFL (Career Growth & Future Learning) leads
  • Using CRM tools to generate, monitor, and convert more interested Google Form leads
  • Running targeted campaigns to increase student registrations
  • Managing social media posts, ads, and engagement
  • Analysing campaign performance and preparing weekly marketing reports
  • Coordinating with internal teams to support OdNest's marketing and sales goals

Stipend & Salary Structure

For the first 2–3 months, candidates will work remotely with a stipend of ₹5,000 per month, during which they must demonstrate creativity, consistency, lead generation performance, and marketing execution.

Based on performance, the company will offer a full-time Digital Marketing position with a salary between ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and creative writing skills
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, SEO, lead generation, and CRM
  • Ability to bring CGFL leads and improve Google Form conversions
  • Experience with Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
  • Ability to plan campaigns, analyse engagement, and maintain marketing data
  • Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or related fields
  • Prior experience in digital marketing or social media management is an advantage
