We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with 4+ years of proven expertise in planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should possess a strategic and analytical mindset, strong presentation and reporting skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple digital functions including SEO, paid advertising, social media, and content marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Plan, create, and manage SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance audits to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage on-page and off-page SEO, including link building, content optimization, and technical enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the design and creative teams to develop creative, high-performing campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver performance reports, marketing documentation, and presentations for internal and client reviews.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Stay up to date with emerging digital trends, AI marketing tools, and industry best practices.
  • Present campaign outcomes, insights, and strategic recommendations in client meetings and performance reviews

Qualifications & Skills

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media management.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and campaign optimization.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and other reporting platforms.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills—able to translate analytics into actionable insights.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
