Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy tailored to real estate projects and customer segments.
  • Manage lead generation campaigns through Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels.
  • Optimize the company website, project microsites, and landing pages for maximum visibility and lead conversion.
  • Oversee SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies to increase organic traffic and engagement.
  • Manage social media accounts with engaging posts, campaigns, and property showcase content.
  • Run email marketing, drip campaigns, and CRM-driven lead nurturing.
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance (CPL, ROI, CTR) and provide actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with sales, design, and external agencies to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Promote real estate events, site visits, open houses, and property launches through digital platforms.
  • Ensure campaigns comply with RERA guidelines and maintain brand consistency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing; prior experience in real estate industry is mandatory.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (real estate CRMs).
  • Excellent knowledge of social media marketing, content marketing, and lead funnel strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to optimize campaigns for ROI.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
