Job Title: Digital Marketing ManagerAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts and drive measurable business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels to enhance brand presence, generate leads, and improve ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Lead SEO and SEM efforts to increase organic visibility and website traffic.
  • Oversee content marketing initiatives, including blogs, email campaigns, and social media calendars.
  • Manage social media presence across platforms and drive engagement through creative campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful campaigns.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, digital tools, and algorithm changes to adopt best practices.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively for maximum ROI.
  • Mentor and guide the digital marketing team to achieve performance targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush, etc.
  • Solid understanding of website management, CRO, and basic HTML/CMS (WordPress preferred).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
