**Client Servicing Manager BTL Marketing / Brand Activations**

About The Role
We are looking for a **dynamic and proactive Client Servicing Manager** with strong experience in **BTL marketing, brand activations, and experiential campaigns**. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can manage client relationships, understand brand requirements, and ensure seamless end-to-end execution of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the **primary point of contact** between clients and the agency.
  • Understand client briefs and convert them into **strategic and actionable plans**.
  • Coordinate with **internal teams** (Creative, Production, Operations) to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
  • Prepare and present **campaign proposals, execution plans, reports, and post-event summaries**.
  • Manage **on-ground activations** such as mall activations, retail branding, roadshows, and product launches.
  • Handle **vendor negotiations, budgeting, and resource planning**.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.
  • Monitor **competitor activities and market trends** for strategic recommendations.
  • Provide **on-ground support** during key events or campaigns.

Required Skills Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in **Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field**.
  • Minimum **3+ years of client-facing experience** in BTL or experiential marketing.
  • Proven experience in **on-ground activation and event management**.
  • Excellent **communication, presentation, and pitching** skills.
  • Strong **project management and multitasking** abilities.
  • Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)**.
