Job Description:
Client Servicing Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and fostering strong relationships.
Understand clients' needs, preferences, and objectives to provide tailored solutions and services.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Client Needs Assessment:
Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultations with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals, solutions, and recommendations that address client needs and objectives.
Proposal Development and Presentation:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
Showcase the agency's capabilities, expertise, and value proposition to differentiate it from competitors.
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients to secure new business opportunities.
Project Coordination and Management:
Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, production, and technical departments, to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication, providing updates, and managing expectations.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure they align with client requirements and expectations.
Client Retention and Satisfaction:
Proactively engage with existing clients to strengthen relationships and retain their business.
Regularly assess client satisfaction and feedback, implementing strategies to address concerns and enhance the client experience.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services or solutions to existing clients based on their evolving needs.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target clients, market segments, and growth opportunities.
Networking and Relationship Building:
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry professionals.
Act as a brand ambassador for the agency, representing its values, capabilities, and expertise in client interactions and networking opportunities.
Reporting and Analytics:
Track and analyze sales performance, client interactions, and business development activities using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or other tools.
Generate regular reports and updates on sales metrics, pipeline status, and client engagement for management review and decision-making.
Continuous Learning and Improvement:
Stay updated on industry best practices, sales techniques, and emerging trends in business development and client servicing.
Seek opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement through training, workshops, and certifications relevant to the role.
