Role Overview
This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue and scaling our business pipeline. The leader will acquire enterprise clients, forge strategic partnerships, and build powerful co-creation and co-selling models that fuel sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver company revenue targets
Build a high-quality sales funnel and close enterprise deals
Develop partnerships with tech providers, agencies, and consulting firms
Structure revenue-sharing, co-sell and joint GTM models
Represent FutureAge at events and industry forums
Collaborate internally to ensure strong delivery and account growth
Requirements
10+ years enterprise sales in digital transformation, IT consulting, or AI solutions
Strong CXO network and consistent achievement of large revenue targets
Experience in partnerships and complex deal-making
Strong executive presence, communication and negotiation
Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership
