Role Overview

This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue and scaling our business pipeline. The leader will acquire enterprise clients, forge strategic partnerships, and build powerful co-creation and co-selling models that fuel sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver company revenue targets

  • Build a high-quality sales funnel and close enterprise deals

  • Develop partnerships with tech providers, agencies, and consulting firms

  • Structure revenue-sharing, co-sell and joint GTM models

  • Represent FutureAge at events and industry forums

  • Collaborate internally to ensure strong delivery and account growth

Requirements

  • 10+ years enterprise sales in digital transformation, IT consulting, or AI solutions

  • Strong CXO network and consistent achievement of large revenue targets

  • Experience in partnerships and complex deal-making

  • Strong executive presence, communication and negotiation

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership
