Your Mission

As
Head of Brand Partnerships
, you'll be the driving force behind how top brands connect with our creator ecosystem. From designing partnership models to scaling brand alliances, your job is to turn ideas into growth stories — and make Faym the go-to partner for every brand looking to win through creators.

What You'll Do

  • Lead with Vision:
    Build and guide a high-performing partnerships team that thrives on creativity, ownership, and results.
  • Own the Numbers:
    Manage the P&L for the partnerships vertical, hitting bold revenue goals while maintaining efficiency.
  • Grow the Ecosystem:
    Identify and onboard top brands, create breakthrough campaigns, and shape collaborations that move the needle.
  • Create Impact:
    Design partnership structures and campaigns that deliver measurable engagement and lasting value.
  • Build Relationships that Matter:
    Earn the trust of brand leaders, fostering long-term collaborations and strategic wins.
  • Stay Ahead:
    Keep a pulse on industry trends, emerging platforms, and creative opportunities — and use them to your advantage.
  • Collaborate to Win:
    Work closely with marketing, product, and ops to amplify the impact of every brand story.
  • Measure & Optimize:
    Track performance and campaign ROI to keep pushing boundaries with data-backed decisions.

What We're Looking For

  • 7–10 years of experience in brand partnerships, alliances, or leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling teams.
  • Strong experience in P&L management and driving consistent business growth.
  • Deep connections in the brand and marketing ecosystem.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative thinker with strategic depth and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Passion for storytelling, branding, and building things that leave a mark.
