Job Overview:
The Sales Partner Head is responsible for building, managing, and scaling the agency's partner network, onboarding clients, creating sales pipelines, and ensuring consistent follow-ups to drive business growth. This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships, managing key accounts, and leading a team to achieve sales targets for digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership & Client Onboarding:
Identify, approach, and onboard strategic business partners and clients.
Ensure smooth onboarding process, aligning clients with agency services and processes.
Sales Pipeline Management & Follow-ups:
Create and maintain structured sales pipelines to track leads, opportunities, and client engagements.
Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and partners to maximize conversion rates.
Partnership Development:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners and clients for mutual growth.
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
Define and implement partner and client sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Monitor partner and client performance, optimize programs, and drive upsells.
Team Leadership & Management:
Lead and mentor the partner sales team, setting goals, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
Provide training, support, and resources to enable team and partner success.
Reporting & Analytics:
Track partner and client performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management.
Recommend improvements to partner programs, client onboarding, and sales processes.
Collaboration with Marketing & Delivery Teams:
Work closely with marketing, creative, and operations teams to align campaigns and partner offerings.
- Ensure smooth project delivery for partner-driven or client projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 3-6 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management.
- Experience in digital marketing services or agency environment is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of onboarding clients, building sales pipelines, and managing strategic partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive data-backed decisions.
