Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our domestic process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English and a customer-first attitude.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to product/service queries.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Maintain customer records and update details in the CRM system.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to the concerned department when necessary.
  • Meet daily/weekly performance targets (calls, quality, and satisfaction).

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication in Hindi and English.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹13,000.00 per month
