Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sponsorship Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for driving sponsorship sales for BeastDrive's events, including identifying and connecting with potential sponsors, negotiating sponsorship deals, and maintaining relationships with existing partners. Daily responsibilities include reaching out to prospective sponsors, developing customized proposals to meet client needs, and ensuring timely communication and follow-ups. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the marketing team to strategize and execute sponsorship campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Sponsorship Sales and Sponsorship management
  • Strong Communication skills for client engagement and proposal presentation
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and developing strategic partnerships
  • Proven track record in Sales, including meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Dynamic and results-driven approach, with excellent negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the events, sports, or adventure industry is a plus
