Role Overview:
As a Commercial Manager (Sponsorship), you will lead a team and play a crucial role in building new client relationships with C-level executives from international and domestic companies looking to expand their business globally. In addition to client-facing responsibilities, you will oversee the performance and development of your team, ensuring targets are met and fostering a high-performance culture.
Responsibilities:
 Lead a team of Commercial Executives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
 Develop and implement strategies to build new client relationships and expand business opportunities globally.
 Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for growth.
 Manage client accounts and ensure exceptional service delivery.
 Represent the company at events and industry conferences.
 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
 Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and market trends.
 Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the commercial team.
