Role Overview:
We are looking for a hungry, passionate, and driven Sponsorship Sales Executive to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate is not afraid to pick up the phone, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to close deals with confidence and smart negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential sponsors and partners for global B2B events.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to engage decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand client objectives to tailor sponsorship opportunities effectively.
  • Negotiate and close sponsorship deals to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with production and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipelines in the CRM.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in B2B sponsorship, event, or media sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Confident, street-smart, and self-motivated personality with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A genuine passion for success and professional growth.
