We're Hiring – HR Manager

At
Pralcka
, we design and manufacture a wide range of industrial equipment including
Jaw Crushers, Vertical Shaft Impactors (VSI), Sand Washing Machines, Grizzly Feeders, Vibro Feeders, Inclined Vibrators, Conveyors, Feeding Hoppers,
and
Storage Hoppers.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
HR Manager
to join our growing team and lead our Human Resources operations with excellence and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, induction, appraisal, and separation.
  • Handle
    employee engagement, grievance management,
    and
    disciplinary actions.
  • Identify
    training needs
    and design annual
    training & development programs.
  • Ensure
    compliance
    with labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, etc.).
  • Liaise with
    government bodies, auditors,
    and
    consultants
    for HR audits and inspections.
  • Maintain and update
    HR policies
    in line with legal and organizational standards.
  • Oversee
    performance appraisals
    and support department heads in setting KPIs.
  • Develop
    recognition and reward strategies
    to promote employee motivation and retention.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Master's in
    Human Resources / Business Administration
    or related field.
  • 5–8 years
    of HR operations experience (preferably managerial).
  • Strong understanding of
    Factory Laws
    and
    Statutory Compliances.
  • Excellent
    communication, leadership,
    and
    interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in
    HRMS
    and
    MS Office tools.
  • High level of
    integrity and confidentiality.
