Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Executive for a mid-level position in our Madurai office. This is a full-time role that requires someone with a strong background in human resources management, particularly in a fast-paced and dynamic industry such as blockchain. - Knowledgeable in HR analytics to track, analyze, and report on HR metrics that drive data-informed decisions.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems that align with business objectives.

- Administer employee benefit programs and maintain employee records in compliance with organizational policies.
